Speaker Bios:
Diane K. Carlisle, CRM as the Director of Professional Resources for ARMA International, she provides direction for the development of ARMA’s educational offerings and represents the association in various professional venues. Diane has over 20 years of experience in the field of records and information management with specialties in records management strategy and policy development, the role of records management in litigation support, and the creation and application of international and national level standards.
Donald B. Schewe, CRM, FAI earned a Master's Degree from the University of Nebraska, and a Ph.D. in history from the Ohio State University. After a year of training at the National Archives in Washington, he joined the staff of the Franklin D. Roosevelt Library in Hyde Park, New York as an archivist in 1972. In 1978 he became Assistant Director of the Roosevelt Library, and in 1981 moved to Atlanta to head the Carter Project. When the project was completed in 1986, he was selected to be the Director of the Jimmy Carter Library, the position he retired from in August 1999. From June to November 2000 he served as the Interim Director of the Georgia Department of Archives and History. He joined ARMA in 1987, became a Certified Records Manager in l992, and a Fellow of ARMA International in 1999. From 1995 to 1998 he was President of the Institute of Certified Records Managers, and currently serves as Regent for the Exam Development Committee.
Jesse Wilkins, CRM, CDIA+, ECMM, EMMM, ERMM has worked in the information management industry for 14 years and is a Principal Consultant with Access Sciences. His areas of expertise include email management, electronic records management, and Web 2.0 technologies. Jesse has served on the ARMA International Board of Directors since 2007. He previously served on the board of AIIM International and many ARMA committees including the ARMA Competencies Task Force.
